Guidelines for Invited Lecture & Oral Presentation

Here are a few tips to make sure your presentation is successful. Please read carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

Onsite Preview & Final Submission
  • Please visit the Preview Room at least 1 hours before your scheduled presentation and bring your presentation files on a USB memory stick.
  • Presenters are requested to check their presentation files to ensure they work correctly in our system.
  • If your presentation files(s) contain(s) movies or sound, you are requested to zip them into one folder and bring them on site (preview room) to ensure that they work properly.
  • Preview Room: next to Lewest Hall B
Equipment in the Session Room
  • Session rooms will be equipped with a computer running Windows (not Mac), projector and microphone.
  • Podiums will be equipped with a monitor, mouse and smart pointer (No keyboard).
  • We DO NOT recommend using your own laptop computer for your presentation to avoid problems with computer-projector compatibility.
  • On the PC monitor, you can see your speaker notes (PPT Slide note) which you have written on each PPT slide.
Before your Presentation
  • Please be sure to keep to the allocated presentation time in consideration of the next speaker.
  • Arrive at your session room at least 20 minutes before the session begins.
  • You will be responsible for controlling/advancing your presentation slides.

Guidelines for E-poster Presentation

Poster file Submission Deadline : November 28, 2025

All posters will be presented digitally as E-posters. Therefore, poster submitters do not need to bring a printed copy. Please ensure that your E-poster file meets the following criteria and upload it to the 'My Page' on the website.

Comment Please make sure to meet the submission deadline. Files submitted after the deadline may not be uploaded properly on the virtual platform and DID on site, and be cancelled.

Please note: The November 28 deadline is final to review the file. After November 28, 2025, the file will not be uploaded in the website and excluded from the list of award winners.
